Ada Marano is a talented and versatile young performer with an impressive range of experience for her age. Since beginning acting at age five, she has appeared in over 25 musicals and plays, including lead and featured roles in regional and community productions like Matilda the Musical (Matilda) at the Players Club of Swarthmore, Mary Poppins (Jane Banks) at Media Theatre, and A Christmas Carol (Belinda Cratchit) at Walnut Street Theatre. An award-winning vocalist, Ada performs pop, rock, and Broadway hits at events throughout the greater Philadelphia area. She has sung the national anthem for both the LaSalle University Explorers NCAA basketball team and the Philadelphia Rebels NAHL hockey team and recently earned the title of Middle School Idol in a local competition, further highlighting her vocal talent and stage presence. At ZZ Dance, Ada is a member of the Fusion Performance Team, a ZZ Ambassador, and an assistant mentor who helps support younger dancers in the ZZ Stars program and students with special needs and abilities in the ZZ Jams program, where she brings compassion, respect, and love to every class. Her commitment to excellence across the arts has earned her selection into the SJCDA All South Jersey Elementary and Junior High Honors Choirs, as well as membership in the National Honor Society of Dance Arts and the International Thespian Honor Society as a Junior Thespian. Outside of performing, Ada is a black belt in Taekwondo, a proud big sister to six rescue dogs, an active volunteer passionate about serving the community, and an honor student consistently recognized for her academic achievement, character, and leadership.
